FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the most common questions.

Is this coaching or medicine?+
Both. My approach combines occupational medicine, the physiology of stress and practical coaching to help you from the root.
How do I know if my tiredness is 'normal'?+
Not all tiredness is the same. Sometimes it's mental overload, sometimes a cortisol imbalance, nervous system fatigue or sustained emotional exhaustion.
Why does it feel like I'm no longer performing the same?+
Chronic stress can affect memory, focus, sleep, energy and emotional regulation. It's not always 'lack of motivation'.
How do I know if I need medical help or coaching?+
We assess that together. Some people need strategy and stress regulation; others also need a medical or psychological evaluation.
Do you only work with burnout?+
No. I also work with chronic fatigue, work stress, brain fog, energy issues, return-to-work and burnout prevention.
Does your approach include the physical side of stress?+
Yes. We look at sleep, energy, physical symptoms, mental load and the body signals related to stress and fatigue.
What happens in the first session?+
We assess your current situation, symptoms, level of exhaustion and goals to decide the best approach.
Is this therapy?+
No. This support does not replace psychological therapy or psychiatric treatment when they are needed. We work with practical tools, stress education, applicable exercises and sustainable changes.
How long does the process take?+
It varies per person. The initial programme includes 6 sessions. Many people notice changes in mental clarity and energy within the first few weeks.
Are the sessions confidential?+
Yes. The entire process is fully confidential.
Do you offer sessions in other languages?+
Yes. In Spanish, Dutch and English.
What makes your approach different?+
I don't only work on mindset. I combine medical expertise, occupational health and practical tools to help you regain real energy and balance.
